Yesterday (March 7 2010), the nation saw Tinie Tempah’s debut single “Pass Out” soar to the top of the UK Single Charts, beating the likes of Rihanna and Jason Derulo in the process, with 16,000 sales ahead of its closest competition.

This is a wonderful achievement and much deserved for Parlophones latest signing Tinie and I hope this is just the beginning of much more to come from the young south Londoner. It only just goes to show how much of an impact urban music is having on the industry when another talented artist of the genre gets an achievement like this.

So from us here at flownerdia, we’d like to say good on ya Tinie, and everyone go out and support and help him stay at number 1!!
